1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays in Bahrain).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details (if applicable).
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Bahrain)

Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Standard Delivery: BHD 1.5 (free for orders above BHD 20).

Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for BHD 3 (orders placed before 12 PM).

3. GCC & International Shipping
We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar.

Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (depending on destination).

Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with the tracking number and courier details.
If you face any issues tracking your order, please contact our support team.
5. Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier constraints, weather, or customs clearance.
We will always keep you informed in such cases.
6. Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will contact you to reschedule.
After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
